Selfishness

Father YAH did not create any human to be selfish because He is not selfish. Selfishness is born from a poverty mentality to life, hence selfish people are never generous. Selfishness only sees self and never sees others. For this reason, Father YAH hates selfishness. Love and unity can never come out of selfishness, and that is why James said: For jealousy and selfishness are not God’s kind of wisdom. Such things are earthly, unspiritual, inspired by the devil. For wherever there is jealousy or selfish ambition, there will be disorder and every other kind of evil (Jas 3:15-16 TLB). James did not just tell us the source of selfishness is from Satan, but he goes on to tell us the fruits of selfishness. He told us how disorder and every other kind of evil are the fruits of selfishness. Now you see how destructive just one of Satan’s seeds or character traits begets a lot of evil on this earth.

Satan uses his development design to create and teach selfishness to humans. Therefore, Satan and his cohorts create artificial scarcity to then heap items to make humans trade their souls for those items. While those of darkness see it as a soul winning strategy, it goes to show you how they are not on the right path. Father YAH would not bribe anyone to go to Heaven or make humans desperate for anything because Jesus already told us how Father YAH hates His children being anxious for anything. Jesus said: "So I tell you, don't worry about the things you need to live—what you will eat, drink, or wear. Life is more important than food, and the body is more important than what you put on it. Look at the birds. They don't plant, harvest, or save food in barns, but your heavenly Father feeds them. Don't you know you are worth much more than they are? You cannot add any time to your life by worrying about it. "And why do you worry about clothes? Look at the wildflowers in the field. See how they grow. They don't work or make clothes for themselves. But I tell you that even Solomon, the great and rich king, was not dressed as beautifully as one of these flowers. If God makes what grows in the field so beautiful, what do you think he will do for you? It's just grass—one day it's alive, and the next day someone throws it into a fire. But God cares enough to make it beautiful. Surely he will do much more for you. Your faith is so small! "Don't worry and say, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear?' That's what those people who don't know God are always thinking about. Don't worry, because your Father in heaven knows that you need all these things. What you should want most is God's kingdom and doing what he wants you to do. Then he will give you all these other things you need. So don't worry about tomorrow. Each day has enough trouble of its own. Tomorrow will have its own worries (Mat 6:25-34 ERV). From the foregoing scriptures, we can see that fixing our eyes on Father YAH’s kingdom will always remove us from the soul trading or selfish list. There can be no justification for selfishness. Let us take a lesson to help us understand selfishness from Father YAH’s eyes.

A Lesson on Selfishness

This is the lesson on the parable of the rich fool which was an indirect answer Jesus gave to the brothers fighting for wealth if they just sat to think through His words. One of the men in the crowd said to Jesus, "Teacher, our father just died and left some things for us. Tell my brother to share them with me." But Jesus said to him, "Who said I should be your judge or decide how to divide your father's things between you two?" Then Jesus said to them, "Be careful and guard against all kinds of greed. People do not get life from the many things they own." Then Jesus used this story: "There was a rich man who had some land. His land grew a very good crop of food. He thought to himself, 'What will I do? I have no place to keep all my crops.' "Then he said, 'I know what I will do. I will tear down my barns and build bigger barns! I will put all my wheat and good things together in my new barns. Then I can say to myself, I have many good things stored. I have saved enough for many years. Rest, eat, drink, and enjoy life!' "But God said to that man, 'Foolish man! Tonight you will die. So what about the things you prepared for yourself? Who will get those things now?' "This is how it will be for anyone who saves things only for himself or herself. To God that person is not rich (Luk 12:13-21 ERV emphasis mine)." Do you see how in selfishness you see yourself as rich while you are indeed poor in Father YAH’s eyes? Do you see how selfishness is thinking you get life and relevance from owning many things? Do you see how wasteful selfishness is where more storehouses are built just to heap? Do you see how selfishness makes a person idolatrous, as they tie themselves to possessions? Do you see how selfishness rewards self and no one else? This parable truly shows you the mind of a selfish person. It shows you the mind of Satan!

 Selfishness will always put you among those spoken about in Matthew 25 who did not see sharing what they had with those in need (in that account it was referring to them not helping believers). "Then those people will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty? When did we see you without a place to stay? Or when did we see you without clothes or sick or in prison? When did we see any of this and not help you?' "The king will answer, 'The truth is, anything you refused to do for any of my people here, you refused to do for me.' "Then these evil people will go away to be punished forever. But the godly people will go and enjoy eternal life (Mat 25:44-46 ERV)." You cannot have Satan’s character traits and go to Father YAH’s Heaven. It does not work like that. Humans who take on Satan’s character trait will end up where Satan ends up while humans who take Father YAH’s traits will ends up where Father YAH is. Therefore, if selfishness is of Satan, how come it exists in Jesus’ Church?

Selfishness in the Church of Christ

Heartlessness as believers join the world has crept into the Church of Christ. Heartlessness as believers envy the world and behave like the world has made many believers see nothing wrong with such behaviour. Selfishness is heartlessness! Do you know how weak selfishness towards one another makes the Church of Christ as a whole? While many may justify selfishness in the Church of Christ, others who just love to compete and feel better than others enjoy being selfish. The fruits of any believers’ faith can never be selfishness. James lets us see this when he said: My brothers and sisters, if a person claims to have faith but does nothing, that faith is worth nothing. Faith like that cannot save anyone. Suppose a brother or sister in Christ comes to you in need of clothes or something to eat. And you say to them, "God be with you! I hope you stay warm and get plenty to eat," but you don't give them the things they need. If you don't help them, your words are worthless. It is the same with faith. If it is just faith and nothing more—if it doesn't do anything—it is dead. But someone might argue, "Some people have faith, and others have good works." My answer would be that you can't show me your faith if you don't do anything. But I will show you my faith by the good I do (Jas 2:14-18 ERV). James shows us here that faith and works cannot be disconnected from each other. Why? Works are the fruits (manifestations) of our faith. Works bring our words to life! Works bring our faith to life! Works are always beyond just spoken words. The example James gave is showing every believer how not to treat another believer in need when you have the means to help that believer.

The early Church was not selfish, so why has the current Church chosen selfishness which Jesus hates? It is due to Paul replacing the Holy Spirit with structures. For example, Father YAH cares about the needy and even widows and orphans regardless of their age groups. However, we see in Paul’s structure when he wrote to Timothy that he wrote as though the command came from Father YAH. Paul gives his own criteria for helping widows, which is different from Father YAH’s idea of help. If we went by Paul’s criteria of helping widows, Prophet Anna who served in Father YAH’s temple will not have been helped after her husband died. While Paul replacing the Holy Spirit gives us a fruit of selfishness, he also introduced competition into the Church with words like: “I work more than them all,” or “covet the best gifts,” or “provoke yourselves unto good works.” Such words may seem harmless but they have been the excuse for competition in the Church of Christ. Competition will always give excuses for selfishness and selfishness will always give excuses for competition. Let us see how the early Church operated under the Holy Spirit. The believers spent their time listening to the teaching of the apostles. They shared everything with each other. They ate together and prayed together. Many wonders and miraculous signs were happening through the apostles, and everyone felt great respect for God. All the believers stayed together and shared everything. They sold their land and the things they owned. Then they divided the money and gave it to those who needed it. The believers shared a common purpose, and every day they spent much of their time together in the Temple area. They also ate together in their homes. They were happy to share their food and ate with joyful hearts. The believers praised God and were respected by all the people. More and more people were being saved every day, and the Lord was adding them to their group (Act 2:42-47 ERV). Do you see how the early Church conducted herself? What can we draw up as a list from these scriptures to show us how a Church the Holy Spirit leads looks like?

1) Sharing among believers is normal and a lifestyle.

2) Having relationships beyond the Church to share food with other believers in their homes was also normal. So, hunger cannot be found in such a Church or a flock.

3) Everyone felt great respect for God (Father YAH) unlike now where many believers blame Him.

4) The believers were united in everything and shared a common purpose. This shows us how bonding results from sharing.

5) The believers were not idolatrous and put Father YAH’s kingdom first. This shows us how putting Father YAH’s kingdom first will never get you on the selfish path.

6) Sharing money and dividing it among themselves was on a need basis not based on age groups. Through this act of sharing there can be a Church with no poor or needy person in it because the flock works together to help one another meet their needs.

7) A common goal was in sight meaning it was all teamwork not selfish ambitions or competition.

8) Their education was solely the Word of Father YAH and that made them even bond due to seeing themselves daily at the Temple area to learn.

9) Praying and eating together was a norm.

10) Sharing among themselves brought them joy and was not for show or out of compulsion.

11) They enjoyed their fellowship with one another and praised Father YAH.

12) Their unity and lifestyle made all people respect them. Thus, they fulfilled Jesus’ desire for their unity to allow the world see that Father YAH sent Him.

13) Their bond as a Church was an evangelical tool for others to truly see Father YAH present with them in truth.

14) The Holy Spirit added to the Church and it was never a by-all-means approach like Paul taught.

            From the above list, we can see that the Holy Spirit leading the Church of Christ must return for us to truly love one another as a flock and be united as a flock. Jesus said: Father, I pray that all who believe in me can be one. You are in me and I am in you. I pray that they can also be one in us. Then the world will believe that you sent me. I have given them the glory that you gave me. I gave them this glory so that they can be one, just as you and I are one. I will be in them, and you will be in me. So they will be completely one. Then the world will know that you sent me and that you loved them just as you loved me (Jhn 17:21-23 ERV).

"I give you a new command: Love each other. You must love each other just as I loved you. All people will know that you are my followers if you love each other (Jhn 13:34-35 ERV)."

This is what I command you: Love each other as I have loved you (Jhn 15:12 ERV).

This is my command: Love each other (Jhn 15:17 ERV).

"If you love me, you will do what I command (Jhn 14:15 ERV).”

Those who really love me are the ones who not only know my commands but also obey them. My Father will love such people, and I will love them. I will make myself known to them (Jhn 14:21 ERV)."

Jesus answered, "All who love me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them. My Father and I will come to them and live with them. But anyone who does not love me does not obey my teaching. This teaching that you hear is not really mine. It is from my Father who sent me (Jhn 14:23-24 ERV).

Also, Apostle John says the following to the Church to warn believers against treating fellow believers badly: This is how we know what real love is: Jesus gave his life for us. So we should give our lives for each other as brothers and sisters. Suppose a believer who is rich enough to have all the necessities of life sees a fellow believer who is poor and does not have even basic needs. What if the rich believer does not help the poor one? Then it is clear that God's love is not in that person's heart. My children, our love should not be only words and talk. No, our love must be real. We must show our love by the things we do (1 Jhn 3:16-18 ERV). Therefore, from the way the early Church preached and acted under the Twelve Apostles of Jesus, we can see that the Holy Spirit leading the Church is the only way to prepare the Church of Christ for the second coming of Jesus (the Christ).

The Cure for Selfishness

The cure for selfishness is selflessness! Jesus told us how doing things for people should not be based on what we can benefit from them. So, He told us how helping those who cannot help us is selfless living and will give us true riches. Then Jesus said to the Pharisee who had invited him, "When you give a lunch or a dinner, don't invite only your friends, brothers, relatives, and rich neighbors. At another time they will pay you back by inviting you to eat with them. Instead, when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, and the blind. Then you will have great blessings, because these people cannot pay you back. They have nothing. But God will reward you at the time when all godly people rise from death (Luk 14:12-14 ERV)." Jesus taught the Church selflessness and we see the early Church fulfil selfless giving among themselves. Jesus said: Sell the things you have and give that money to those who need it. This is the only way you can keep your riches from being lost. You will be storing treasure in heaven that lasts forever. Thieves can't steal that treasure, and moths can't destroy it. Your heart will be where your treasure is (Luk 12:33-34 ERV). The early Church was not idolatrous or selfish because they shared with one another to help meet the needs of the flock of Jesus (the Christ).

Now, I would end with the judgments for selfishness on this earth and in the Church of Jesus to show you how much Father YAH hates such traits of Satan. By the power of the Holy Spirit, I now proclaim the following judgments and it becomes a reality. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

Judgment

1) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I now declare total poverty in every way to every spirit that has taught humans to be selfish. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare an eternal curse by the Holy Spirit on you. In Jesus’ name. Amen! You will be examples for every human to learn from. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

2) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I now declare total poverty for every human that has deliberately worked with Satan to teach and spread poverty on this earth. In Jesus’ name. Amen! You will be examples for every human to learn from. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

3) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I now declare total poverty for all Satanists like the Catholics, Islamists, those of Mormon, and Cele that have hoarded food with the goal of using it to get believers to turn away from Jesus Christ and allow humans sell their souls to Satan for food during their artificial scarcity of the end times. For all those who have done this, I place a curse on you by the Holy Spirit. I declare that you lack every good thing on this earth from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

4) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I declare that every selfish human on this earth now loses all they have since they have no good use for those wealth, and I declare those wealth are now added to the generous and selfless humans from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

5) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I declare that every selfish believer now loses all they have since they have no good use for those wealth, and I declare those wealth are now added to the generous and selfless believers from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

6) I place a special curse by the Holy Spirit and declare that never again will selfishness beget wealth for anyone on this earth ever again. Only selflessness begets wealth on this earth from now until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

7) I speak a special judgment by the Holy Spirit on all “wealthy” but selfish nations on this earth that have not helped other nations that were truly in need. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare that you lose all your wealth to nations that are generous from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

8) Those using SAPs, MDGs, and loans, policies, and the like to make other nations poor or seize their possessions (i.e. their ports) while claiming to help them, I now place a special curse of complete poverty on such nations now by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I command all your reservoirs to dry up completely as every of your wealth now flow to nations that would use it for good. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare that every nation involved in doing such evils including the institutions that back them like the World Bank and the IMF never become rich ever again from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

9) Those employers in both the formal and informal sector (including those in the shadow economy) who have made so much money from their human employees or gotten so much help from their human employees yet have been very selfish in paying them decent wages. By the power of the Holy Spirit I now completely ban those employers from being employers from this very moment and declare that you now lose all rights to be employers of anyone on this earth from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I give you 3 days from today to give a compensation to all human (remnant) staffs that is 30 times their yearly wage. If not, you all die after 3 days. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare that good employers now take your places and only good employers flourish on this earth from this day forward. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I speak a special judgment by the Holy Spirit on all of such wicked employers. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

10) For employers who were so stingy while having enough to provide good working conditions for their human employees yet caused them health issues and even death due to poor working conditions and environments, I declare that you compensate all human (remnant) workers or their families (if they are dead) with 30 times their yearly pay each within 3 days from today. If not, all you wicked employers die in 3 days’ time. In Jesus’ name. Amen! This includes employers who knew that the change of lighting could affect their human employees’ eyesight negatively but they changed it without caring about how badly it would spoil their employees’ eyesight. I give you 3 days from today to pay those human (remnant) employees whose eyesight were affected by such changes 30 times their yearly pay or you die. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

11) To every remnant among the employees of these wicked ones that has been a victim of health issues due to employer’s selfishness and wickedness, I now declare your total healing by the Holy Spirit, for your spirit, soul and body. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

12) To everyone teaching selfishness at home and causing the family to lack, to be vulnerable or even force their family into sin (e.g. prostitution) just to meet needs, I declare Father YAH’s special judgment for you by His Holy Spirit now. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

13) To every selfish and wicked Pastor like Chris Oyakhilome who likes free labour while having enough to pay his staff and David Oyedepo who uses productivity index to cheat their staff. I use you both and your ministries or businesses as a point of contact for others like you. I declare that you all have 3 days from today to pay those human (remnant) staffs you cheated 70 times more than their yearly wage or what you pay in a year. The monies must not be spelled up or compromised in any way or else, all such spells and compromise return on you 70 times to destroy you immediately. In Jesus’ name. Amen! If those staffs are not paid within 3 days, I declare that the earth opens up to swallow up all your cities, churches, belongings, and houses by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen! Only the remnants will be saved in this judgment. In Jesus’ name. Amen! If the human (remnant) staff is dead, pay the money to a human remnant that is a relative to them that Father YAH chooses. I declare that an example is made out of all of you for everyone to learn from. In Jesus’ name. Amen! A worker is worthy of his or her wages! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

14) To all governments and everyone that is wealthy but selfish and is stealing the properties of human widows and orphans. I declare your immediate deaths by the fire of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare that you are now made an example for all to learn from. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I declare a complete restoration of those properties to those human widows and orphans you stole from. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

15) To all banks who claim to be wealthy yet stealing bank charges and making your money off high interest rates while giving low returns on savings and investments, I give you 3 days from today to pay every believing remnant by your highest interest rate all the bank charges and interests you have collected on loans. In Jesus’ name. Amen! If you do not pay them these monies, every Satanist in those banks die. In Jesus’ name. Amen! By the power of the Holy Spirit, I declare that you (banks) become the borrowers from all believing remnants you have cheated from this day forward while they become lenders to nations. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

16) All forms of insurance companies: you derive joy in taking money but try to disqualify people from getting the insurance when they need it. Therefore, I give every insurance company (including employment insurance) on this earth 3 days from today to pay back all the unclaimed monies the believing remnants paid now multiplied by 10. In Jesus’ name. Amen! If Father YAH does not watch over houses, watchers watch it in vain! If you fail to pay those monies back within 3 days, every Satanist dies in those companies, institutions and the like. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

17) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I declare an immediate debt cancellation by all those calling themselves “Western powers,” “Western institutions” and “China,” etc., for Nigeria and every nation Father YAH chooses on this earth now. In Jesus’ name. Amen! You have stolen enough from them and no more will be given to you! If you fail to effect this change immediately, every Nephilim on this earth dies and goes to the Lake of Fire within 2 days from now. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

18) I declare that everyone who has used outsourcing to cheat people now pay all believing remnants 30 times what they cheated them in wages within 3 days from now. In Jesus’ name. If, not, you die! In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

19) I declare that everyone who has used “International division of labour” or Export Processing Zones (EPZs) to cheat any human remnant, you now have 3 days from today to pay them back 30 times what you withheld and stole from them. In Jesus’ name. If not, you die! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

20) By the power of the Holy Spirit, I declare that any attempt to spell up any monies to be returned or to compromise any monies to be returned results in the instant death of all Satanists on this earth. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

21) If any of the employers or those to return these monies or properties die in any of these judgments before 3 days, your ministry, household, business, or government institution must still pay those monies to those you owe. If not, you lose everything you own. In Jesus’ name. Amen! Those you owe are those I have mentioned above!

22) Those pretending to be selfless and stealing in the name of charity, foundation, partnership and the like, I speak Father YAH’s special judgment on you now by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

23) Those Nephilims, human Satanists and the like pretending to be selfless while using such avenues for evil, I declare your instant deaths by the fire and sword of the Holy Spirit now. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I sentence you now to the Lake of Fire by the power of the Holy Spirit. In Jesus’ name. Amen! I place a special curse that is eternal by the Holy Spirit on the repeat of this crime on this earth now and until Jesus comes again. In Jesus’ name. Amen!

24) I leave a blank cheque for You (Father YAH) to fill with further judgments as You deem fit. In Jesus’ name. Amen!
