Introduction to Character

This category is focused on teaching about character because many believers have learnt Satan’s character instead of Father YAH’s character. Therefore, I have given a few examples of such character traits to wake believers up to those errors. Remember that Jesus and even His Apostles and disciples told believers that they were not of this world because the world was on Satan’s side while believers were on Father YAH’s side. Here are several things they said to warn about the character traits of the world (i.e. Satan): He answered, “The one who sows the good seed is the Son of Human. The field is the world, and the good seed is the sons and daughters of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons and daughters of the evil one, and the enemy who sowed them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the reapers are angels. Just as the weeds are gathered and burned with fire, so will it be at the end of the age. The Son of Human will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He/she who has ears, let him/her hear (Mat 13:37-43 ESV emphasis mine).

"The Son of Human will come again with divine greatness, and all his angels will come with him. He will sit as king on his great and glorious throne. All the people of the world will be gathered before him. Then he will separate everyone into two groups. It will be like a shepherd separating his sheep from his goats. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left (Mat 25:31-33 ERV emphasis mine).

Your father is the devil. You belong to him. You want to do what he wants. He was a murderer from the beginning. He was always against the truth. There is no truth in him. He is like the lies he tells. Yes, the devil is a liar. He is the father of lies(Jhn 8:44 ERV).

If you are selfish and have bitter jealousy in your hearts, you have no reason to boast. Your boasting is a lie that hides the truth. That kind of "wisdom" does not come from God. That "wisdom" comes from the world. It is not spiritual. It is from the devil. Where there is jealousy and selfishness, there will be confusion and every kind of evil (Jas 3:14-16 ERV).

This is the life-giving message we heard him share and it’s still ringing in our ears. We now repeat his words to you: God is pure light. You will never find even a trace of darkness in him. If we claim that we share life with him, but keep walking in the realm of darkness, we’re fooling ourselves and not living the truth. But if we keep living in the pure light that surrounds him, we share unbroken fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, continually cleanses us from all sin (1 Jhn 1:5-7TPT).

Anyone who says, “I am in the light,” while holding hatred in his/her heart toward a fellow believer is still in the darkness. But the one who truly loves a fellow believer lives in the light, and there is nothing in him/her that will cause someone else to stumble. But whoever hates a fellow believer lives in the darkness—stumbling around in the dark with no clue where he/she is going, for he/she is blinded by the darkness (1 Jhn 2:9-11 TPT emphasis mine).

We should not be like Cain, who yielded to the Evil One and brutally murdered his own brother, Abel. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s righteous (1 Jhn 3:12 TPT).

But the one who indulges in a sinful life is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God was revealed was to undo and destroy the works of the devil. Everyone who is truly God’s child will refuse to keep sinning because God’s seed remains within him/her, and he/she is unable to continue sinning because he/she has been fathered by God himself. Here is how God’s children can be clearly distinguished from the children of the Evil One. Anyone who does not demonstrate righteousness and show love to fellow believers is not living with God as his source (1 Jhn 3:8-10 TPT emphasis mine).
