Heaven-mindedness

Many humans live life carelessly, as they forget that Heaven exists. As a result, they never think of how their actions and inactions qualify them for Heaven or disqualify them from Heaven. Heaven-mindedness simply means unison between a human’s will and Father YAH’s will. Jesus showed us how to fix our will on Father YAH’s will when He said: What you should want most is God's kingdom and doing what he wants you to do. Then he will give you all these other things you need (Mat 6:33 ERV).
For I have come down from heaven, not to do my own will but the will of him who sent me. And this is the will of him who sent me, that I should lose nothing of all that he has given me, but raise it up on the last day. For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him should have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day (Jhn 6:38-40 ESV).” It is not weakness to submit your will to Father YAH’s will rather it is where the greatest strength can be found. Therefore, your battles become His battles because you are one!
Heaven-mindedness begins for a human by being born again. Then, you can begin walking on the narrow path to Heaven. Jesus answered, "I assure you, everyone must be born again. Anyone who is not born again cannot be in God's kingdom." Nicodemus said, "How can a man who is already old be born again? Can he go back into his mother's womb and be born a second time?" Jesus answered, "Believe me when I say that everyone must be born from water and the Spirit. Anyone who is not born from water and the Spirit cannot enter God's kingdom. The only life people get from their human parents is physical. But the new life that the Spirit gives a person is spiritual. Don't be surprised that I told you, 'You must be born again.' The wind blows wherever it wants to. You hear it, but you don't know where it is coming from or where it is going. It is the same with everyone who is born from the Spirit (Jhn 3:3-8 ERV)."
Once a believer is born again, you are to then secure and maintain that relationship you just began with Father YAH. Maturity as a believer in Jesus (the Christ) is you being at peace with God (Father YAH) and helping others who want to be at peace with Him become at peace with Him by what you know to get there. Peace with God (YAH) is prosperity. Thus, you do not follow people out of God (Father YAH) to lose your peace with Him regardless of their relationship with you. Jesus said: "God's kingdom is like a treasure hidden in a field. One day a man found the treasure. He hid it again and was so happy that he went and sold everything he owned and bought the field (Mat 13:44 ERV).
"Don't save treasures for yourselves here on earth. Moths and rust will destroy them. And thieves can break into your house and steal them. Instead, save your treasures in heaven, where they cannot be destroyed by moths or rust and where thieves cannot break in and steal them. Your heart will be where your treasure is (Mat 6:19-21 ERV). Where your heart is determines who your master will be. For this reason, Jesus tells us: You cannot be the slave of two masters! You will like one more than the other or be more loyal to one than the other. You cannot serve both God and money (Mat 6:24 CEV).
Now, let us take a Biblical story on Heaven-mindedness to learn more about it. Noah’s story is one story that teaches us Heaven-mindedness.
A Lesson on Heaven-mindedness
We can learn a lot from Noah’s story. Why? Noah had Heaven on his mind and we can see that through his life. Let us take the story in sequence:
Noah was a righteous man who loved Father YAH more than his own desires: Noah the son of Lamech refrained from taking a wife in those days, to beget children, for he said, Surely now God will destroy the earth, wherefore then shall I beget children? And Noah was a just man, he was perfect in his generation, and the Lord chose him to raise up seed from his seed upon the face of the earth. And the Lord said unto Noah, Take unto thee a wife, and beget children, for I have seen thee righteous before me in this generation. And thou shalt raise up seed, and thy children with thee, in the midst of the earth; and Noah went and took a wife, and he chose Naamah the daughter of Enoch, and she was five hundred and eighty years old. And Noah was four hundred and ninety-eight years old, when he took Naamah for a Wife (Jasher 5:12-16).
Noah’s assignment was given to him by Father YAH: And after the lapse of many years, in the four hundred and eightieth year of the life of Noah, when all those men, who followed the Lord had died away from amongst the sons of men, and only Methuselah was then left, God said unto Noah and Methuselah, saying, Speak ye, and proclaim to the sons of men, saying, Thus saith the Lord, return from your evil ways and forsake your works, and the Lord will repent of the evil that he declared to do to you, so that it shall not come to pass. For thus saith the Lord, Behold I give you a period of one hundred and twenty years; if you will turn to me and forsake your evil ways, then will I also turn away from the evil which I told you, and it shall not exist, saith the Lord (Jasher 5:6-8). Whenever you see the expression “the Lord will repent of the evil” always know that it is Satanists who have that mindset towards Father YAH and have tampered with the books to include that. Only Satanists believe evil comes from Father YAH and good comes from Satan. However, what they label as evil is simply Father YAH’s justice or judgment on the wicked. Satanists love to sin without consequence in mind.
Noah lived his life opposing sin on this earth so it was him against the world (the multitude of evil humans, i.e. those on Satan’s side). Noah followed Father YAH’s command to preach for 120 years to give the human sinners a chance to repent: And Noah and Methuselah spoke all the words of the Lord to the sons of men, day after day, constantly speaking to them. But the sons of men would not hearken to them, nor incline their ears to their words, and they were stiffnecked. And the Lord granted them a period of one hundred and twenty years, saying, If they will return, then will God repent of the evil, so as not to destroy the earth (Jasher 5:9-11).
In that time, the Lord said to Noah and Methuselah, Stand forth and proclaim to the sons of men all the words that I spoke to you in those days, peradventure they may turn from their evil ways, and I will then repent of the evil and will not bring it. And Noah and Methuselah stood forth, and said in the ears of the sons of men, all that God had spoken concerning them. But the sons of men would not hearken, neither would they incline their ears to all their declarations. And it was after this that the Lord said to Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me, on account of their evil deeds, and behold I will destroy the earth (Jasher 5:22-25).
When they did not repent and it was past 120 years, Noah entered the ark to preserve Father YAH’s plan for the earth through his progeny: And behold I will bring the flood of waters upon the earth, and all flesh be destroyed, from under the heavens all that is upon earth shall perish. And thou and thy household shall go and gather two couple of all living things, male and female, and shall bring them to the ark, to raise up seed from them upon earth (Jasher 15:29-30).
At that time, after the death of Methuselah, the Lord said to Noah, Go thou with thy household into the ark; behold I will gather to thee all the animals of the earth, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the air, and they shall all come and surround the ark (Jasher 6:1).
And on that day, the Lord caused the whole earth to shake, and the sun darkened, and the foundations of the world raged, and the whole earth was moved violently, and the lightning flashed, and the thunder roared, and all the fountains in the earth were broken up, such as was not known to the inhabitants before; and God did this mighty act, in order to terrify the sons of men, that there might be no more evil upon earth. And still the sons of men would not return from their evil ways, and they increased the anger of the Lord at that time, and did not even direct their hearts to all this. And at the end of seven days, in the six hundredth year of the life of Noah, the waters of the flood were upon the earth. And all the fountains of the deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened, and the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights. And Noah and his household, and all the living creatures that were with him, came into the ark on account of the waters of the flood, and the Lord shut him in (Jasher 6:11-15).
While in the ark, Noah acted with wisdom to keep Father YAH’s plan in focus when the wicked humans tried to trick him to die with them with fake repentance: And all the sons of men that were left upon the earth, became exhausted through evil on account of the rain, for the waters were coming more violently upon the earth, and the animals and beasts were still surrounding the ark. And the sons of men assembled together, about seven hundred thousand men and women, and they came unto Noah to the ark. And they called to Noah, saying, Open for us that we may come to thee in the ark—and wherefore shall we die? And Noah, with a loud voice, answered them from the ark, saying, Have you not all rebelled against the Lord, and said that he does not exist? and therefore the Lord brought upon you this evil, to destroy and cut you off from the face of the earth. Is not this the thing that I spoke to you of one hundred and twenty years back, and you would not hearken to the voice of the Lord, and now do you desire to live upon earth? And they said to Noah, We are ready to return to the Lord; only open for us that we may live and not die. And Noah answered them, saying, Behold now that you see the trouble of your souls, you wish to return to the Lord; why did you not return during these hundred and twenty years, which the Lord granted you as the determined period? But now you come and tell me this on account of the troubles of your souls, now also the Lord will not listen to you, neither will he give ear to you on this day, so that you will not now succeed in your wishes. And the sons of men approached in order to break into the ark, to come in on account of the rain, for they could not bear the rain upon them (Jasher 6:16-24).
Father YAH defended Noah and His plan from being compromised by the wicked people: And the Lord sent all the beasts and animals that stood round the ark. And the beasts overpowered them and drove them from that place, and every man went his way and they again scattered themselves upon the face of the earth (Jasher 6:25).
Satan challenged Noah’s rescue with great disturbance to break the ark, but Noah knowing Father YAH’s will prayed to Father YAH for help because he was at the centre of His will and cared about bringing it to fruition: And the ark floated upon the face of the waters, and it was tossed upon the waters so that all the living creatures within were turned about like pottage in a cauldron. And great anxiety seized all the living creatures that were in the ark, and the ark was like to be broken. And all the living creatures that were in the ark were terrified, and the lions roared, and the oxen lowed, and the wolves howled, and every living creature in the ark spoke and lamented in its own language, so that their voices reached to a great distance, and Noah and his sons cried and wept in their troubles; they were greatly afraid that they had reached the gates of death. And Noah prayed unto the Lord, and cried unto him on account of this, and he said, O Lord help us, for we have no strength to bear this evil that has encompassed us, for the waves of the waters have surrounded us, mischievous torrents have terrified us, the snares of death have come before us; answer us, O Lord, answer us, light up thy countenance toward us and be gracious to us, redeem us and deliver us. And the Lord hearkened to the voice of Noah, and the Lord remembered him. And a wind passed over the earth, and the waters were still and the ark rested (Jasher 6:28-33).
What can we learn from the above story? We can learn the following:
1) Walking in purpose and obeying Father YAH’s commands will always keep you righteous.
2) Heaven-mindedness means a human believer against the whole world of unbelievers.
3) Keeping Father YAH’s plan in focus daily to ensure that it comes to pass.
4) Walking in Father YAH’s wisdom to see through Satan, his cohorts and their deception while securing your soul from Hell. Thus, Noah fulfilled this scripture: Stay always within the boundaries where God’s love can reach and bless you. Wait patiently for the eternal life that our Lord Jesus Christ in his mercy is going to give you. Try to help those who argue against you. Be merciful to those who doubt. Save some by snatching them as from the very flames of hell itself. And as for others, help them to find the Lord by being kind to them, but be careful that you yourselves aren’t pulled along into their sins. Hate every trace of their sin while being merciful to them as sinners (Jud 1:21-23 TLB).
5) Resist any attempt of Satan to challenge your rescue by asking Father YAH for help.
Next, let us take another example of what Jesus considers Heaven-mindedness for the Church.
Heaven-mindedness for the Church
We will take this lesson from when Jesus sent His disciples out: After this, the Lord chose 72 more followers. He sent them out in groups of two. He sent them ahead of him into every town and place where he planned to go. He said to them, "There is such a big harvest of people to bring in. But there are only a few workers to help harvest them. God owns the harvest. Ask him to send more workers to help bring in his harvest. "You can go now. But listen! I am sending you, and you will be like sheep among wolves. Don't carry any money, a bag, or sandals. Don't stop to talk with people on the road. Before you go into a house, say, 'Peace be with this home.' If the people living there love peace, your blessing of peace will stay with them. But if not, your blessing of peace will come back to you. Stay in the peace-loving house. Eat and drink what the people there give you. A worker should be given his or her pay. Don't leave that house to stay in another house. "If you go into a town and the people welcome you, eat the food they give you. Heal the sick people who live there, and tell them, 'God's kingdom is now very near you!' "But if you go into a town and the people don't welcome you, then go out into the streets of that town and say, 'Even the dirt from your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. But remember that God's kingdom is coming soon.' I tell you, on the judgment day it will be worse for the people of that town than for the people of Sodom (Luk 10:1-12 ERV emphasis mine).
What can we learn from their story? We can learn the following:
1) Jesus told the disciples that at the centre of Father YAH’s plan is that the souls of humans are not lost to Hell and the Lake of Fire and separated from Him for eternity. Therefore, it is not enough to just win souls for Father YAH but we must care about the human soul as He does by praying for more labourers to help gather in His harvest (i.e. His remnants). Remember, every human soul that makes it to Heaven becomes your family member for eternity when you also make it to Heaven. See it more like helping enforce Jesus’ restoration of Father YAH’s family. Jesus’ said: And his mother and his brothers came, and standing outside they sent to him and called him. And a crowd was sitting around him, and they said to him, “Your mother and your brothers are outside, seeking you.” And he answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?” And looking about at those who sat around him, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of God, he is my brother and sister and mother (Mar 3:31-35 ESV).”
As he said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!” But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it (Luk 11:27-28 ESV)!”
2) Jesus told the disciples to be wise while going to win souls so that they can avoid the non-remnants who pretend to be remnants, and only go for the remnants. Who are remnants? Then Pilate responded, “Oh, so then you are a king?” “You are right.” Jesus said, “I was born a King, and I have come into this world to prove what truth really is. And everyone who loves the truth will receive my words (Jhn 18:37 TPT).”
But the time is coming when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth. In fact, that time is now here. And these are the kind of people the Father wants to be his worshipers. God is spirit. So the people who worship him must worship in spirit and truth (Jhn 4:23-24 ERV)." Remnants are people who have longed to please God (Father YAH) but never knew how to until they were corrected. A remnant can only be located with the help of the Holy Spirit, not by your optical eyes, or might: And here is the basis for their judgment: The Light of God has now come into the world, but the hearts of people love their darkness more than the Light, because they want the darkness to conceal their evil. So the wicked hate the Light and try to hide from it, for their lives are fully exposed in the Light. But those who love the truth will come out into the Light and welcome its exposure, for the Light will reveal that their fruitful works were produced by God (Jhn 3:19-21 TPT).”
The Father is the one who sent me, and he is the one who brings people to me. I will raise them up on the last day. Anyone the Father does not bring to me cannot come to me (Jhn 6:44 ERV).
3) Jesus taught the disciples to keep a single focus on the task and not fall for distractions.
4) Jesus taught the disciples to be totally dependent on Father YAH for their welfare.
5) Jesus taught that His disciples are the dispensers of His blessing of peace and they can revoke the blessing of peace from people and households who reject Him. When you enter that home, say, 'Peace be with you.' If the people in that home welcome you, they are worthy of your peace. May they have the peace you wished for them. But if they don't welcome you, they are not worthy of your peace. Take back the peace you wished for them (Mat 10:12-13 ERV).
6) Jesus taught His disciples to dwell with those who truthfully welcome them and to not be proud to eat with them. However, many believers have distorted this command to mean eating all the forbidden foods that Father YAH spoke about in Leviticus, eating foods with blood in it, and even eating foods sacrificed to idols because they follow this command without applying wisdom. Read the piece on “Food” under the Lifestyle category to see why eating the right food is important to a human’s spirit, soul and body. Blind obedience without the application of God’s wisdom makes believers fall into many traps of Satan and his cohorts on this earth. Rejecting foods Father YAH forbids is not a sin! We should be seeking our glory from Father YAH not humans: "I don't want praise from you or any other human. But I know you—I know that you have no love for God. I have come from my Father and speak for him, but you don't accept me. But when other people come speaking only for themselves, you accept them. You like to have praise from each other. But you never try to get the praise that comes from the only God. So how can you believe (Jhn 5:41-44 ERV)?
So Jesus responded, “I don’t teach my own ideas, but the truth revealed to me by the One who sent me. If you want to test my teachings and discover where I received them, first be passionate to do God’s will, and then you will be able to discern if my teachings are from the heart of God or from my own opinions. Charlatans praise themselves and seek honor from men, but my Father sent me to speak truth on his behalf. And I have no false motive, because I seek only the glory of God (Jhn 7:16-18 TPT).
7) Jesus taught His disciples to only release healing to those who have faith in Father YAH among those who welcome them into their houses (i.e. accepts His message as true).
8) Jesus taught His disciples that humans had the freewill to accept or reject His message so they should present it as an offer. However, should they choose to reject His message, they have rejected eternal life because it is His message that gives eternal life: It is the Spirit that gives life. The body is of no value for that. But the things I have told you are from the Spirit, so they give life (Jhn 6:63 ERV).
“Martha,” Jesus said, “You don’t have to wait until then. I am the Resurrection, and I am Life Eternal. Anyone who clings to me in faith, even though he dies, will live forever. And the one who lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” Then Martha replied, “Yes, Lord, I do! I’ve always believed that you are the Anointed One, the Son of God who has come into the world for us (Jhn 11:25-27 TPT)!”
You have already given me authority over all people so that I may give the gift of eternal life to all those that you have given to me. Eternal life means to know and experience you as the only true God, and to know and experience Jesus Christ, as the Son whom you have sent (Jhn 17:2-3 TPT).
Remember that if they reject Jesus’ message, they are not Jesus’ sheep thus they are not remnants. I know that you are Abraham’s descendants; yet you plan to kill Me, because My word has no place [to grow] in you [and it makes no change in your heart] (Jhn 8:37 AMP).
But you do not believe, because you are not my sheep. My sheep listen to my voice. I know them, and they follow me (Jhn 10:26-27 ERV).
But anyone who does not love me does not obey my teaching. This teaching that you hear is not really mine. It is from my Father who sent me (Jhn 14:24 ERV). Those who are not remnants of Jesus hate truth and hate Jesus’ corrections because they love to be lawless. Only remnants can go to Heaven and enter God’s New Jerusalem: Nothing that God judges guilty will be there in that city. The throne of God and the Lamb will be in the city. God's servants will worship him (Rev 22:3 ERV).
The most important piece of this account is what I want to share. When the disciples returned they were so excited. When the 72 followers came back from their trip, they were very happy. They said, "Lord, even the demons obeyed us when we used your name (Luk 10:17 ERV)!" Then, Jesus responded with Heaven-mindedness being the secret to making Heaven and keeping our authority over the household of darkness. He said: Now you understand that I have imparted to you all my authority to trample over his kingdom. You will trample upon every demon before you and overcome every power Satan possesses. Absolutely nothing will be able to harm you as you walk in this authority. However, your real source of joy isn’t merely that these spirits submit to your authority, but that your names are written in the journals of heaven and that you belong to God’s kingdom. This is the true source of your authority (Luk 10:19-20 TPT).” The believers who keep their eyes on the Book of Life because they see that as where their authority as a member of Father YAH’s household comes from always make it to Heaven. However, those believers who fix their eyes on demons bowing to them and their authority in Christ never make it to Heaven because they are power-centric not eternal family-centric. As a result, they make it into the following category: “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the realm of heaven’s kingdom. It is only those who persist in doing the will of my heavenly Father. On the day of judgment many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, don’t you remember us? Didn’t we prophesy in your name? Didn’t we cast out demons and do many miracles for the sake of your name?’ But I will have to say to them, ‘Go away from me, you lawless rebels! I’ve never been joined to you (Mat 7:21-23 TPT)!’ So, those chasing after getting demons to say their names like “Paul I know,” etc., tend to miss their way because their focus is no longer on the Father YAH’s will but it is in seeking glory for themselves just like the Pharisees did. Jesus said: For I tell you, unless your lives are more pure and full of integrity than the religious scholars and the Pharisees you will never experience the realm of heaven’s kingdom (Mat 5:20 TPT).”
Throughout this blog, you would notice that my goal is not to get you into a physical church but connected directly with God (Father YAH). Thus, focus on that direct relationship from where you are at because God (Father YAH) is Omnipresent (ever-present), Omniscient (all-knowing) and Omnipotent (all-powerful). He is present with you and in you when you are His child. So, He is your fastest 911 call! Just say, “Jesus, help me!” He would! Jesus replied, “The time is coming, ma’am, when we will no longer be concerned about whether to worship the Father here or in Jerusalem. For it’s not where we worship that counts, but how we worship—is our worship spiritual and real? Do we have the Holy Spirit’s help? For God is Spirit, and we must have his help to worship as we should. The Father wants this kind of worship from us. But you Samaritans know so little about him, worshiping blindly, while we Hebrews know all about him, for salvation comes to the world through the Hebrews (Jhn 4:21-24 TLB emphasis mine).” Knowing that we are in a very crucial time in the Church of Christ’s race where so many lies are preached as though they were the truth, I would urge every believer to seek God (Father YAH) carefully to ask Him to choose a good Bible believing church for you where His Holy Spirit leads rather than choosing any like apples with your physical eyes. Yet, regardless of if you join a physical church or not, keep your mind on an unbroken relationship with God (Father YAH) like Daniel had in captivity (away from God’s temple in Judah), and Apostle John had in exile away from his country. Your priority is an unbroken relationship with God (Father YAH) whether within a physical church or outside a physical church. The following would help:
1) The Word of God: You must study God’s Word (what we call the Holy Bible) so you will know how He wants you to live. In the Word of God, you would understand what “human” is to Father YAH so that your relationship with other humans and your relationship with God (Father YAH) can be exactly as He has willed. Once you discover God’s plan for your life, begin co-operating with God (Father YAH) to fulfill His will of righteousness and justice on the earth. To help you with your Bible, I introduced you to the Holy Spirit as the Teacher of the Word in the piece titled “The Holy Bible” under the True Worshippers category. The Holy Spirit is Father YAH’s Spirit so He is the best to teach you the Holy Bible because He knows what He said and did not say. I say to you, create a consistent schedule to read and learn about God (Father YAH) and about who He has made you on this earth in the Holy Bible. Remember, knowing God (Father YAH) is a lifelong adventure, not a once and for all thing because He has no end. Therefore, be ready to enjoy reading your Bible as many times as possible to see the truth in clearer light. Treat the Word of God as spiritual food for your spirit just as you eat physical food for your body daily.
2) Prayer: Prayer to God (Father YAH) holds the key to solving many problems on this earth because it is more powerful than the most dangerous weapon, yet it is a link between you and God (Father YAH), and we get more spiritual strength from God (Father YAH) when we pray. Through prayer, you invite God (Father YAH) into a matter to help you move any mountain. And Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God. Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his/her heart, but believes that what he/she says will come to pass, it will be done for him/her. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours (Mar 11:22-24 ESV emphasis mine). I have spoken more about prayer in the “Prayer & Fasting” piece under the True Worshippers category.
3) Walk in your God-given Purpose: Satan teaches humans that everything they do is their purpose. This is far from the truth because Father YAH created every human for a unique purpose which would still end up fulfilling the collective purpose of humans witnessing for Him. Our individual uniqueness as humans shows the endlessness of Father YAH. Walking in purpose helps you find peace and your usefulness because you would be making a difference on this earth as God’s witness to others on this earth. There is a reward both on earth and in Heaven for every human who walks in their God-given purpose because you fulfilled the purpose for your creation. Why not invest your time and energy on earth in something that holds value here on earth and in Heaven afterwards? I have gone into discussing purpose and how to discover your purpose under the piece titled “Your Purpose” in the Purpose category.
Heaven-mindedness shows perfect love for Father YAH by any believer who chooses to have such a mindset. Having constant unity with God’s vision is the beginning of maturity (perfection) in Christ. Every other view outside God’s is Satan’s. So, when God (Father YAH) corrects you about something, quickly adjust your view to conform to His view. Then you would begin to see things, people, the world and any invention from God’s point of view. Therefore, seeing just as God (Father YAH) sees is important so that you can react just like your Heavenly Father reacts to them. Always keep your eyes on God’s Book of Life by keeping Heaven in mind always. Stay united with God’s Holy Spirit. Never assume the perfection of your union with God (Father YAH). Always be sure of it. Ensure you check that your relationship is intact with God (Father YAH) because His approval is all you need. You never need another human’s approval when you are doing Father YAH’s will. If you are not aligned right when you check, follow the Holy Spirit of God’s instructions to re-align. He (the Holy Spirit) will always tell you the truth if you ask Him.
The LORD says, "My thoughts are not like yours. Your ways are not like mine. Just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and my thoughts are higher than your thoughts (Isa 55:8-9 ERV)."
How can you believe [in Me], when you [seek and] receive glory and approval from one another, and yet you do not seek the glory and approval which comes from the one and only God (Jhn 5:44 AMP)?
Come to Jesus like a child and grow as a child of God (Father YAH) to be at peace with God (Father YAH) with the right knowledge. The truth is, you must accept God's kingdom like a little child accepts things, or you will never enter it (Mar 10:15 ERV). It is in sharing God’s knowledge to things that we remain at peace with Him. Therefore, you need to keep God’s knowledge in your heart, act on it and seek His will in all things. Perfect love comes from perfect trust (i.e. perfect faith) which is a result of accuracy in knowledge. Perfect love for Father YAH has no fear. Why? Apostle John gives us the formula: And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world. Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love (1 Jhn 4:17-18 NLT). But, how do we get to achieve emulating Jesus in truth? It is: your heart + mind + strength = Perfect Love for Father YAH. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength (Mar 12:30 ERV).' So, your will, emotions, thoughts and strength should all point to Father YAH’s will always! Be deliberate about what you watch, listen to, read and do! Be deliberate about those you keep as friends, family and your association! Remember Father YAH’s words: But cowards who turn back from following me, and those who are unfaithful to me, and the corrupt, and murderers, and the immoral, and those conversing with demons, and idol worshipers and all liars—their doom is in the Lake that burns with fire and sulphur. This is the Second Death (Rev 21:8 TLB).” Do not be one of those who turn back from following Father YAH or are unfaithful to Him. Finish your race strong!
Let me take some helpful quotes from Kathryn Kuhlman as I end: “If you want to be a successful Christian, you must set your mind to it and never look back. Do you really want to be a Christian? Do you really want the joy of salvation? Do you really want the peace of God in your heart and your mind? You can have it if you want it. But “want” is the key word. If you’ve made up your mind you want to be a successful Christian, Jesus will come into your heart and into your life in a glorious born again experience. Then you must work, act, live for the goal you seek. Not just on Sunday. It’s your life. Make up your mind it will be your life. Go in for it with everything you’ve got. You can give no less of yourself in being a successful Christian than you can give in being a successful businessman or businesswoman, or a success in anything you do in life. That’s why we have some backsliders today. They never went into this thing of being a Christian with everything they had. But it takes exactly that to live a daily, successful Christian life (emphasis mine). ”
“It’s not easy. You get what you go after because you go after it to get it. And the same thing is true in the Christian life. The Christian life is not easy. I would be the greatest deceiver in the world if I told you it is. Its not a bed of roses. It costs you something.”
“I want you to know, though, when I decided to live for the Lord Jesus Christ, I made up my mind I was going to be the best Christian possible. I gave Him all there was of me. I closed my mind to everything else.”
“This thing of living a Christian life costs plenty.”
“I’ll never settle for anything less than the best God has for me.”
“As thy day, so shall thy strength be,” the Bible says. It’s a day-to-day proposition. Sure, there will be obstacles. There will be trials. There will be heartbreak. There will be temptations. But if you live your Christian life one day at a time, you will meet that temptation. The Holy Spirit will be your holy strengthener. You must not be daunted or discouraged by disappointment or snags. Take them in stride, with a smile. No man, no woman need ever be defeated in this thing of being a successful Christian, unless he or she allows himself or herself to be defeated. Sure, it will cost you something. Success doesn’t just happen. But I promise you something. The rewards are great, the opportunity unlimited (emphasis mine).”
“God has promised us strength, but only for one day at a time. “As thy days, so shall thy strength be,” Moses told Asher. Yes, no matter what the day holds. If it’s sorrow, He’ll be the glorious strengthener. If death comes, He’ll give you grace. If you’re faced with temptations, all you have to do in that moment is call on the name of the Lord. He’ll give you the victory.” My disclaimer here is that, no one should mistake me quoting Kathryn Kuhlman’s works to say everything she preached was correct. I have simply highlighted some facts but it is the job of the believer to sit with the Holy Spirit to divide truth in any material they read so that they do not learn errors in the process regardless of who the preacher is.
